  • We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock issues, suspicious activity, or incorrect information.
  • Customers must provide accurate shipping details. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses.

  • All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

5. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

  • COD orders must be accepted at the time of delivery.
  • Refusal of COD orders without valid reason may result in restricted future orders.
  • We may confirm COD orders via call or WhatsApp before dispatch.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery time varies between 2–5 working days depending on location.
  • Delays caused by courier services are beyond our control.
  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Due to hygiene reasons, female undergarments are only returnable under strict conditions (wrong item or defective product only).

All female undergarments are strictly hygiene-sensitive products.

  • Courier delays
  • Incorrect address provided by customer
  • Misuse of products after delivery
