Refund policy

1. Hygiene & Safety Policy
Due to the sensitive nature of undergarments, all items are classified as hygiene-sensitive products. For the safety of all customers, strict return conditions apply.
2. Return Eligibility
Returns are only accepted if:
- You received a wrong item
- The product is damaged or defective upon arrival
- The item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original sealed packaging
Important: If the packaging seal is opened or the item shows any sign of use, it will not be eligible for return or exchange.
3. Return Timeframe
- Return requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery
- Requests after this time will not be accepted
4. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Used or tried-on undergarments
- Items without original packaging or tags
- Products damaged due to customer handling
- Discounted or sale items (unless defective)
5. Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photos/videos as proof
- We will arrange a replacement or refund
6. Refund Policy
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
- Refunds are issued via Bank Transfer / EasyPaisa / JazzCash
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the error is from our side
7. Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are only available for size issues or wrong items delivered
- Subject to stock availability
- Must be requested within 48 hours of delivery
8. Order Cancellation
- Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch
- Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
