1. Hygiene & Safety Policy

Due to the sensitive nature of undergarments, all items are classified as hygiene-sensitive products. For the safety of all customers, strict return conditions apply.


2. Return Eligibility

Returns are only accepted if:

  • You received a wrong item
  • The product is damaged or defective upon arrival
  • The item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original sealed packaging

Important: If the packaging seal is opened or the item shows any sign of use, it will not be eligible for return or exchange.


3. Return Timeframe

  • Return requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery
  • Requests after this time will not be accepted

4. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used or tried-on undergarments
  • Items without original packaging or tags
  • Products damaged due to customer handling
  • Discounted or sale items (unless defective)

5. Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photos/videos as proof
  • We will arrange a replacement or refund

6. Refund Policy

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refunds are issued via Bank Transfer / EasyPaisa / JazzCash
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the error is from our side

7. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are only available for size issues or wrong items delivered
  • Subject to stock availability
  • Must be requested within 48 hours of delivery

8. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
