3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout or confirmed via WhatsApp.
  • Some promotional offers may include free shipping.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across most locations in Pakistan.
  • Customers must ensure availability at the provided address to receive the parcel.
  • Refusal of COD orders without valid reason may affect future order eligibility.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via WhatsApp or SMS.
  • You can use the tracking number to monitor your shipment status through the courier service.

6. Delivery Issues

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier service disruptions
  • Weather conditions
  • Incorrect or incomplete address provided by customer

If a parcel is returned due to incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, re-shipping charges may apply.


7. Damaged or Lost Parcels

  • If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with proof (photos/videos).
  • In case of lost parcels, we will coordinate with the courier company for resolution.
