- Some promotional offers may include free shipping.
4. Cash on Delivery (COD)
- We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across most locations in Pakistan.
- Customers must ensure availability at the provided address to receive the parcel.
- Refusal of COD orders without valid reason may affect future order eligibility.
5. Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via WhatsApp or SMS.
- You can use the tracking number to monitor your shipment status through the courier service.
6. Delivery Issues
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Courier service disruptions
- Weather conditions
- Incorrect or incomplete address provided by customer
If a parcel is returned due to incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, re-shipping charges may apply.
7. Damaged or Lost Parcels
- If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with proof (photos/videos).
- In case of lost parcels, we will coordinate with the courier company for resolution.
